OUR 6-STEP PLAN
When creating a new garden, we want to keep things clear and transparent for the customer.
We therefore use the following 6-step plan:
1. Inventory
We discuss the ideas and wishes with you and also the possibilities and feasibility of the plans are examined. The garden is measured and any existing planting and design are examined.
2. Design (if desired)
The possibilities and wishes can be converted into a draft design by us or a landscape architect. You can also make a design yourself (for example use the website: www.tekenjetuin.nl )
The design is then discussed personally with the customer. Of course, adjustments can always be made or the design can be updated on certain points. Our most important starting point is that you will be satisfied with your new garden.
3. Quotation
Once the design has been approved, the costs can also be calculated.
You will receive a clear, work-describing quote with prices per component. Clear and transparent for both parties. 4. Approval and planning
When you agree with both the design and the quotation, this will be confirmed to you in writing by us. An indication will also be given of when the work can start. Ofcourse we will inform you in advance of the exact startingdate.
5. Implementation phase
The real work can begin. The garden is cleaned up if necessary and the groundwork is done and any boundary fences are placed. After that the paving will follow, any brickwork, lighting and ponds an made. And as a final "finishing touch" the planting is applied. Everything according to the agreements made and as described in the quotation.
6. Warranty visit
